Conduct themselves in a civil and respectful manner towards all other members and non-members.

Participate in Company ventures and fulfill assigned duties to the best of their ability.
Respect the authority of the Captain and other officers.
Maintain confidentiality regarding Company matters when necessary.
Communicate through the designated channels outlined in the Articles of Agreement.
The Member understands that they have the right to:
Participate in Company votes on matters of importance.
Receive a share of prizes according to the terms outlined in the Articles of Agreement.
Voice their opinions and concerns in open forums.
Be treated fairly and with respect by all members of the Company.
Request a vote for reinstatement if removed from the Company, provided they are not barred.
Failure to comply with the terms of this contract and the Articles of Agreement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the Company roster, as outlined in the Articles of Agreement.
By signing this contract, the Member acknowledges their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein and in the Articles of Agreement.
